Staff Accommodation Attendant

About the role

The Staff Accommodation Attendant ensures that employee housing at Westin Hotels & Resorts in Doha is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and comfort. Working closely with the facilities and HR teams, you will support a positive living environment for our staff.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee accommodation facilities in a clean, safe, organized and comfortable condition.
• Conduct routine inspections and monitor housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate accommodation assignments and ensure compliance with company housing policies.
• Report maintenance issues and accidents promptly to the supervisor.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests, answer telephone calls with professional etiquette.
• Enter and retrieve work‑related information using computers and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Handle objects weighing up to 10 lb without assistance and perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience in housing or housekeeping.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 10 lb.
• Professional appearance and ability to maintain confidentiality.
