Statistical Analyst – Planning & Quality

About the role

The Statistical Analyst will join the Planning & Quality Department to turn raw data into actionable insights. You will support strategic planning, performance measurement, and quality improvement initiatives through rigorous statistical analysis and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, validate, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources.
• Perform descriptive and inferential statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns and performance gaps.
• Prepare periodic statistical reports, dashboards and analytical summaries for management.
• Develop, monitor and analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Support forecasting, predictive analysis and performance modelling.
• Create data visualisations and dashboards to communicate findings.
• Assist benchmarking studies, surveys and research projects.
• Monitor data quality and recommend improvements to collection and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand analytical requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics or a related quantitative field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in statistical analysis, data analytics or business intelligence.
• Experience supporting strategic planning, quality management or performance measurement.
• Strong knowledge of statistical concepts, quantitative analysis and research methodologies.
