Store Director – Luxury Fashion

About the role

The Store Director leads a Saint Laurent boutique, driving brand engagement and loyalty among top clients and VIPs while ensuring the store meets its business objectives. This senior retail position combines sales leadership, team management, and brand stewardship in a luxury fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Attract, recruit, develop, retain, and engage customers, focusing on top clients and VIPs.
• Implement action plans to achieve sales targets and P&L objectives.
• Provide high‑quality feedback and reporting to headquarters.
• Monitor the local business environment and competition.
• Recruit, develop, and retain talent; create development plans for staff.
• Motivate and challenge the team regularly.
• Promote Saint Laurent’s culture internally and externally.
• Maintain store atmosphere that upholds the brand image.
• Build a network of influential contacts to strengthen customer loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, sustainability, HR, and stock procedures.
• Challenge and improve existing processes for efficiency.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of successful experience in a managerial position within fashion or luxury retail.
• High sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty.
• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive abilities.
• Strong precision, organizational skills, and adaptability.
• Dynamic, curious, and willing to take calculated risks.
• High availability and responsiveness.
