Storekeeper

About the role

The Storekeeper is responsible for managing all warehouse transactions, ensuring that materials and equipment are received, stored, and issued in the correct quantities, quality, and condition. This role supports the smooth operation of the site by handling physical movements and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Perform physical and SAP entries for receipt, dispatch, and storage of materials.
• Handle general material handling duties, site deliveries, and container stuffing/de‑stuffing.
• Conduct material checks prior to receipt and issue, preserving material integrity.
• Identify and report material discrepancies to the Senior Storekeeper.
• Carry out routine clerical work specific to the department.
• Interface with internal and external customers to ensure material availability.
• Adhere to HSE and quality policies, procedures, and standards.

Required profile

• High School Certificate or relevant diploma.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a similar warehousing role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Detail‑oriented with strong communication, planning, and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ERP Warehouse Management systems.
• Proficiency with SAP for inventory transactions.
