Strategy and Data Analyst

About the role

The Strategy & Data Analyst will support the development, monitoring, and refinement of MCQ’s mid‑ and long‑term strategic direction. The role ensures that strategic initiatives align with organisational goals and provides data‑driven insights to guide decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to define, update and monitor MCQ’s strategic plans and key initiatives.
• Collect, analyse and interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights.
• Conduct market research on media trends, competitor activity and regulator programmes.
• Prepare detailed market analysis reports to support annual business planning.
• Communicate strategic direction and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of accurate statements and reports in line with departmental policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field (Master’s/MBA a plus).
• Minimum of 3 years experience in business strategy, market research or data analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and opportunities.
