Studio Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Studio Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our creative studio. The role oversees workflow, resourcing and delivery of projects from briefing through to final output, ensuring efficiency and quality in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily workflow and studio operations, reviewing and filtering project briefs for clarity.
• Plan, allocate and monitor internal team members, freelancers and external resources across multiple projects.
• Establish and track project timelines, deadlines, priorities and deliverables.
• Identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements and maintain organized digital assets and documentation.
• Coordinate with Creative, Account Management, Marketing, Production, Finance and other departments.
• Communicate project requirements, progress and feedback to clients and account teams.
• Oversee freelancers, vendors and third‑party production partners, monitoring costs and seeking optimisation opportunities.
• Provide regular performance and risk reports to senior management.
• Support team development through mentoring, performance management and fostering a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Film & Television, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in studio management, creative project management or agency operations.
• Strong understanding of creative production processes, print and digital specifications.
• Experience managing multiple projects, teams, freelancers and external vendors simultaneously.
