Supply Chain Executive

About the role

PFIPFI, a growing food logistics and solutions provider for the HoReCa sector in Qatar, is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Executive. You will play a key role in building the company’s supply chain operations from the ground up, ensuring reliable product availability and cost‑effective delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop international sourcing strategies, identify new foodservice and FMCG products, and establish strategic supplier partnerships.
• Plan inventory levels and forecast demand to maintain product availability while optimizing stock.
• Coordinate import shipments, logistics activities, customs clearance, and on‑time delivery.
• Manage supplier communications, purchase orders, supplier performance, and overall procurement processes.
• Identify and implement cost‑optimization opportunities across sourcing, logistics, and inventory.
• Prepare operational and inventory reports and collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, procurement, or food logistics.
• Proven experience in food distribution.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Hands‑on, proactive attitude with willingness to work in a warehouse and cold‑storage environment.
