Supply Chain & Procurement Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain & Procurement Assistant to support our fashion e‑commerce operations. The role involves daily coordination with suppliers, inventory teams, and operations to ensure product availability and accurate data management.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and product movement across all categories.
• Follow up with suppliers on product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Update product information, SKU details, and procurement records.
• Assist in creating and tracking purchase orders and restocking activities.
• Research fashion trends, competitor offerings, and market demand.
• Maintain accurate inventory and supply‑chain trackers.
• Coordinate closely with inventory, operations, and related teams.
• Identify and flag missing information, delays, or pending issues promptly.
• Organise and keep product and supplier files up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or 0–2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, fashion management, retail or a related field.
• Strong interest in fashion, e‑commerce and supply‑chain operations.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work quickly.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Resident of Qatar and available to start immediately.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
