Supply Excellence Senior Analyst

About the role

The Supply Excellence Senior Analyst will support the Supply department by providing planning, reporting and KPI analysis. You will help ensure that departmental objectives are met and that service delivery aligns with QatarEnergy LNG’s strategic vision.

Key responsibilities

• Capture, analyse and report on Supply department KPIs, validating target compliance and proposing recovery plans.
• Conduct root‑cause and trend analysis on under‑performing KPIs and recommend risk‑based improvement actions.
• Prepare and monitor departmental objectives, schedules and governance reports.
• Participate in annual SWOT analysis and advise on five‑year plan adjustments.
• Lead or support supply‑related surveys and translate findings into service enhancements.
• Maintain annual budget reviews, ensuring spend aligns with the approved plan.
• Oversee the department’s training plan, including required certifications and professional development.
• Support performance reviews, peer reviews, internal/external audits and Table of Financial Authority updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or a commercial discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Proven knowledge of process improvement, lean techniques and industry reporting best practices.
