System Administrator – Maintenance Planner

About the role

The System Administrator – Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, industrial and IT systems. The role ensures work orders are executed efficiently, maintenance data is accurately analysed and key performance indicators are generated to support operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and update preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Use a CMMS to plan, schedule, track and report maintenance work orders.
• Analyse maintenance data to produce reports, dashboards and KPIs for management.
• Collaborate with technical teams to guarantee timely execution of maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational standards.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet maintenance objectives.
• Maintain inventory records and support spare‑parts management.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Computer Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2–5 years of experience in maintenance planning or a similar role.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle several priorities simultaneously.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, reporting).
• Proficiency with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for work‑order planning and reporting.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
