System Completion Database Administrator – EPC Project

About the role

KinTec Global is seeking a System Completion Database Administrator to support a long‑term EPC project in Qatar. The role focuses on managing the system completion database and ensuring accurate documentation for project completion and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the System Completion Database (SCDB) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the creation, update and control of tags, ITRs, punch lists, and completion dossiers.
• Generate and validate handover documentation for seamless project turnover.
• Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.
• Provide database‑related troubleshooting and performance optimisation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Degree in Engineering, IT, or Electrical & Instrumentation.
• Proven experience with Hexagon or ICAPS platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with System Completion Database (SCDB) and related documentation.
• Familiarity with tags, ITRs, punch lists, and completion dossiers.
• Strong ability to support project handover activities.
