Systems Architect – Wealth & Asset Management

About the role

We are seeking a senior Systems Architect to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of Wealth and Asset Management platforms for a leading financial institution. The role combines program leadership, technical design, and stakeholder collaboration to drive large‑scale transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of Wealth & Asset Management platform implementations, from requirements gathering to production rollout.
• Manage cross‑functional programs that include business, technology, operations, vendors, data migration, testing, and change management.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders to define requirements, identify solution gaps and design scalable technology solutions.
• Establish governance structures, monitor risks, budgets and timelines, and provide executive reporting.
• Lead implementation partners and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in banking technology and transformation.
• 8+ years leading large‑scale Wealth & Asset Management platform implementations in Tier‑1 or Tier‑2 global banks.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi‑vendor transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with senior business and technology executives.

Required skills

• Hands‑on implementation experience with platforms such as Avaloq, Fusion Invest (Finastra), Multifonds, FIS Securities & Lending, TCS BaNCS (Wealth/Securities), Aurora Reconciliation.
• Familiarity with SimCorp, Charles River, BlackRock Aladdin, TemenosWealth, or FNZ is a plus.
• Expertise in enterprise program management, product gap analysis, solution design, systems integration and data migration.
