About the role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for our organization in Doha, Qatar. The role will partner with hiring managers, source candidates across multiple channels, and ensure a smooth hiring process while delivering a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create job descriptions.
- Source and screen candidates using multiple channels.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience.
- Strong sourcing and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both mandatory).
