About the role

Accenture is seeking a Talent Manager to lead the design and implementation of agile, future‑proof organization and operating models for its clients. The role combines strategic consulting, data‑driven insight generation and hands‑on change management to help businesses align talent strategies with their overall objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams in architecting resilient organization structures and operating models that embrace the future of work.
• Partner with client leaders to identify optimal solutions that match business strategy, market conditions and organizational needs.
• Utilise data and analytics to generate insights that shape end‑to‑end talent and learning solutions.
• Design and drive transformational change strategies and programs across enterprises.
• Co‑create and support digital talent and learning strategies that are personalized and enduring.
• Apply evidence‑based approaches to test hypotheses and develop client solutions.
• Conduct organizational diagnostics to uncover root causes of issues and assess culture, performance, engagement and change readiness.
• Mentor junior team members and foster an inclusive, people‑first mindset.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading teams in designing agile organization models.
• Demonstrated ability to earn trust of senior client leaders and deliver strategic HR solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform talent strategies.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior consultants.
