About the role
The Google Cloud Consulting Professional Services team helps customers transform their businesses using Google’s cloud infrastructure. As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will guide organizations through the adoption of Google Cloud products, ensuring successful technical implementations and driving long‑term cloud usage.
Key responsibilities
- Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading implementation journeys.
- Provide technical guidance, define timelines, milestones and migration goals.
- Advise customers on business transformation strategies and ensure successful delivery of consulting engagements.
- Collaborate with enterprise leadership and cross‑functional, geographically dispersed teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer‑facing technical role, supporting cloud operations, migrations or IT consulting.
- Fluent communication in English and Arabic.
- Strong client‑management, presentation and problem‑solving abilities.
