Consultant – Program Management

About the role

We are looking for a Consultant – Program Management to ensure alignment across teams, manage dependencies and risks, and deliver complex programs on time, within scope and budget. The role will work closely with sponsors, business users, developers and external vendors to drive successful outcomes for our clients in Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, resources and budgets aligned with organisational goals.
• Monitor progress, identify and manage risks, issues and changes that could affect schedule, scope or quality.
• Control project scope, budget and resources to guarantee delivery on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology functions to ensure expectations are met.
• Communicate status, progress and risks to all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with recognised project‑management methodologies and industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in cross‑functional, complex environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets and resources, and make data‑driven decisions.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
