About the role
Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for a Technical Assistant for its Safety & Loss Prevention function in Doha. The role manages and controls safety documentation according to company and regulatory standards, supports section activities and works closely with internal departments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, organise and control all Safety & Loss Prevention documentation in line with company and regulatory standards.
- Prepare periodic reports and support section activities such as scheduling, filing and record management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate information flow and compliance.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Business Administration.
- 10+ years of experience in document control, technical or administrative roles in industrial or utility sectors.
- Experience in Safety & Loss Prevention environments and handling large volumes of documentation.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI, Excel).
- Strong English and Arabic communication skills.
