Technical Materials Coordinator – Planning (CAMO Supply Chain)

About the role

You will coordinate material and tool requirements for heavy and light maintenance checks across the Qatar Airways and Qatar Executive fleet, ensuring timely support during scheduled ground time.

Key responsibilities

• Review material/tools for scheduled maintenance received from Centralized Planning and provide feedback within defined timeframes.
• Obtain daily status of spares, communicate with stores to prioritize clearance.
• Review Aircraft Material Requests (AMR) and set up part numbers in TRAX for procurement.
• Participate in daily morning and liaison meetings as required by the Technical Materials Planner.
• Ensure third‑party “C” checks comply with contractual obligations and update TRAX accordingly.
• Prepare various reports to support critical material planning functions.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in material coordination or planning.
• Good knowledge of computer systems and ability to work with technical publications, vendor manuals and parts certification.
• Familiarity with EASA, FAA and QCAA regulations.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Required skills

• TRAX materials management system.
• General computer system proficiency.
