Teen Club Animator - Entertainment

About the role

Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North, a resort in Lusail, Qatar, is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Teen Club Animator to join its entertainment team. The role involves designing and delivering engaging entertainment experiences for teenagers, working with the entertainment department to create memorable activities and a vibrant club atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and run entertainment activities and games suited to teenage interests
• Engage teen guests in a friendly, energetic way and lead group activities such as games, competitions, themed nights, talent shows and recreational programs
• Create a welcoming, inclusive club environment that encourages social interaction
• Coordinate entertainment schedules with the team and adapt activities to guest feedback
• Promote upcoming club events and keep the club facilities clean and organized
• Ensure the safety and well-being of participants

Required profile

• Proven experience as an animator, entertainer or in a similar guest engagement role
• Ability to engage and motivate groups of teenagers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, creativity and physical stamina
• Teamwork skills and knowledge of games and entertainment trends appealing to teens
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Preferred: hospitality, resort or entertainment venue experience; familiarity with multicultural environments; first aid or safety certification; Arabic or regional languages; social media promotion experience
