About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our student recruitment team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective learners, providing clear information about our courses and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential students to introduce our programs.
Answer inbound inquiries regarding admissions, fees, and course details.
Follow up with leads to encourage enrollment.
Maintain accurate records of all communications in the CRM system.

Required profile

Excellent verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Friendly and persuasive personality with strong rapport‑building abilities.
Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service preferred.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
