Training Coordinator – Electricity (Qatar)

About the role
We are looking for a Training Coordinator specialized in electricity to lead the assessment, selection and delivery of vocational training programmes in Qatar. The role bridges internal teams and external partners to ensure a high‑quality learning experience that meets industry standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the assessment and selection process for training candidates.
- Manage and oversee vocational training programmes related to electricity.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to align training objectives.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, quality assurance, risk management and ISMS standards.
- Maintain adherence to company health, safety and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Certificate in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Minimum three years of experience in Learning and Development.
- Learning & Development specialization certificate.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
