About the role
We are looking for a technically experienced Training Specialist – Electrical to lead the development and delivery of electrical training programs, supporting the growth of technical capabilities across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Identify technical skills and competency gaps.
- Develop electrical/technical training plans and programs.
- Coordinate technical training activities and workshops.
- Develop training materials and competency-development content.
- Evaluate technical training effectiveness.
- Liaise with technical departments and training providers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant Learning & Development or training experience.
- Strong understanding of technical/electrical training requirements.
- Excellent communication, coordination and training‑development capabilities.
