About the role
Jerry Varghese Consultancy is seeking a Transport Coordinator to support an Oil & Gas shutdown project in Qatar. The role focuses on coordinating transportation requirements and facilitating the movement of personnel and resources during shutdown operations.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and schedule transportation for staff, equipment, and materials throughout the shutdown phase.
- Coordinate with logistics providers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor transport activities, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards for all transport operations.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in Oil & Gas or shutdown projects.
- Proven background in transport coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to efficiently manage transportation activities.
