Treasury & Cash Reconciliation Senior Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Treasury & Cash Reconciliation Senior Analyst to lead daily cash revenue reconciliation and ensure the accuracy of our financial records. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and banking partners within a high‑volume telecom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliations of all cash revenue streams, monitoring banking transactions and identifying discrepancies.
• Investigate differences between system records, bank statements, and revenue reports, and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare and post daily, weekly and monthly revenue‑related journals.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external banking partners to resolve variances.
• Maintain strong reconciliation controls, documentation and audit evidence.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using RPA or reconciliation software to reduce manual effort.
• Support digital transformation initiatives for reconciliation, reporting and documentation.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving first‑match ratios and streamlining workflows.

Required profile

• Qualified Accountant with at least 8 years of experience in cash reconciliations, financial accounting and controls.
• Proven experience working with banks, payment gateways or other high‑volume transaction environments.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, accounting principles and journal posting.
• Ability to analyse financial data, identify trends and propose solutions.
