Treasury Manager

About the role

The Treasury Manager will lead the Family Office’s treasury function, ensuring optimal liquidity, effective banking relationships and robust funding arrangements to support investment activities and long‑term wealth preservation. Reporting to the CEO and Chief Investment Officer, the role balances capital deployment efficiency with strong financial governance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Family Office’s treasury strategy.
• Manage liquidity and cash flow across multiple entities and investment structures.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international banking partners.
• Oversee financing facilities, debt arrangements and capital allocation.
• Coordinate funding requirements for acquisitions and investments.
• Manage foreign‑exchange exposure and overall treasury risk.
• Monitor financial markets and recommend appropriate treasury actions.
• Establish treasury policies, controls and governance frameworks.
• Prepare treasury reporting and financial analysis for executive decision‑making.

Required profile

• 10–17 years of treasury leadership experience in a corporate, investment organisation or family office.
• Significant experience in Qatar with an established banking network.
• Strong understanding of liquidity management, financing and capital allocation.
• Commercial mindset with appreciation of investment activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to operate with complete discretion and confidentiality.
• Professional qualification such as ACT, ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent.
• Motivated, career‑oriented and able to work directly with CEOs, Boards or principals.
