UAT Tester - Cards and Payments

About the role

We are seeking two experienced UAT Testers to join a high‑performing technology delivery team in Doha, Qatar. The role supports a major banking and payments transformation program, focusing on card products and payment services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing scenarios and test cases based on business requirements.
• Validate end‑to‑end card and payment transaction flows across multiple systems.
• Identify, document, and track defects through to successful resolution.
• Perform regression testing and support release activities.
• Collaborate closely with business users, project teams, developers, and stakeholders.
• Prepare testing documentation, execution reports, and support business sign‑off activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of UAT or QA testing experience within banking, financial services, or payments environments.
• Hands‑on experience testing card products (Credit, Debit, Prepaid).
• Strong understanding of card issuance, transaction processing, settlements, chargebacks, and disputes.
• Experience with Card Management Systems (CMS).
• Familiarity with defect and test management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
