About the role
A reputable home‑care healthcare provider in Qatar is looking for compassionate Patient Care Assistants to support patients in their homes. The role involves delivering daily personal care, monitoring health status, and ensuring a safe, dignified environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
- Support patient mobility, comfort, and safety.
- Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions to the healthcare team.
- Maintain a clean and safe care environment following individual care plans.
- Uphold patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times.
Required profile
- Caregiving certificate/diploma or an eligible medical diploma.
- Minimum of 1 year relevant caregiving experience.
- Conversational English communication skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient‑focused care.
What we offer
- Salary of QAR 2,300 per month.
- Company‑provided accommodation and transportation.
- 12‑hour shifts, 6 days a week with one weekly day off.
