Urgent Hiring: Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care Qatar

About the role

A reputed home care healthcare company in Qatar is seeking qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide nursing care and support patients in a home care environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients and deliver nursing care according to their needs.
• Monitor vital signs and changes in patients' health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments within professional scope and prescribed care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow infection control, patient safety, and clinical care standards.
• Educate patients and caregivers on relevant care procedures.
• Maintain patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.

Required profile

• 3-year Nursing Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 2 years of Registered Nurse experience.
• Valid nursing registration, DataFlow verification, and Prometric examination.
• Conversational English communication skills.
