About the role
A reputed home care healthcare company in Qatar is seeking qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide nursing care and support patients in a home care setting.
Key responsibilities
- Assess patients and deliver nursing care according to individual needs.
- Monitor vital signs and track changes in health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments within professional scope.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and clinical care standards.
- Educate patients and caregivers on care procedures.
- Uphold patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
Required profile
- 3‑year Nursing Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Valid nursing registration and DataFlow verification.
- Prometric examination result.
- Conversational English communication skills.
What we offer
- Salary QAR 5,000 per month.
- Company‑provided accommodation and transportation.
- 12‑hour shifts, 6 days a week with 1 day off.
