About the role
A client of Qureos Inc is hiring a Utility Tunnel Manager (also described as Facility Manager) to lead operations and maintenance for a major project. The position is full-time and based in Doha, on site. Candidates must have proven tunnel experience.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of utility tunnel systems
- Ensure efficient maintenance and strict adherence to safety standards
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams
- Drive performance, reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline
- Minimum 12 years of overall experience
- At least 5 years in a managerial role
- Mandatory hands-on experience in tunnel projects (utility tunnels preferred)
- Strong background in operation and maintenance (O&M) of similar projects and their capacity
