Vice President International Corporate Relationship Management

About the role

The Vice President International Corporate Relationship Management will lead the management of QNB Group’s selected corporate banking portfolio across branches and affiliates. This senior position focuses on delivering revenue, profit, and volume targets while ensuring compliance with credit policies and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement strategies and plans to achieve volume, revenue, and profit targets for the selected portfolio.
• Support the EVP International Corporate in developing key performance indicators and monitoring performance.
• Meet budget targets for assets, liability product sales, and profitability in line with QNB’s corporate strategy.
• Coordinate regularly with corporate branches, subsidiaries, and the group to review financial performance.
• Contribute to the formulation of branch strategies and rollout of Global Corporate and Institutional Banking initiatives.
• Identify new business opportunities and facilitate cross‑selling across the QNB Group.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in corporate banking and relationship management.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and profit targets.
• Strong understanding of credit policies, regulatory requirements, and international best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple business units and subsidiaries.
