About the role
The Visa Consultant will provide expert guidance to clients seeking visas for Schengen, UK, USA, and Canada, ensuring accurate and timely processing of applications.
Key responsibilities
- Process 15–20 visa applications per week, reviewing documents and responding to clients within 24 hours.
- Maintain at least 98% accuracy in applications and keep all client records up to date.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in visa processing or immigration services.
- Strong client consultation, communication skills, and attention to detail.
