Visual Content & Brand Specialist

About the role

AEA Designs, an award‑winning interdisciplinary design‑and‑build firm, is seeking a hands‑on Visual Content & Brand Specialist to shape how the brand appears across social media, digital platforms, and client‑facing materials. This full‑time position is based in Doha and focuses on creating, executing, and delivering high‑quality visual content without managerial responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish visual content for Instagram and other platforms, showcasing projects, processes, ideas, and the brand story.
• Maintain and update the company website using Webflow.
• Design client presentations, company profiles, and competition submissions to a high standard.
• Create branding assets, print materials, and marketing collateral.
• Run and optimise Meta ad campaigns.
• Support the broader team with additional creative output as needed.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in a creative or content role.
• Strong design foundation with proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Experience in motion graphics and video editing (After Effects or similar).
• Competent photographer and videographer, comfortable directing shoots on site.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Business Manager for targeting, optimisation, and performance analysis.
• Familiarity with Webflow or similar CMS platforms and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance workflow.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Portfolio demonstrating range, taste, and attention to detail.
• Experience in luxury, design, architecture, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
