Visual Merchandiser

About the role

As a Visual Merchandiser you will enhance the customer experience by creating attractive displays and layouts for our home showroom. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing to develop visual strategies that reflect our brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute visually appealing window displays, in‑store layouts, and product presentations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in visual merchandising and home décor.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to understand customer preferences and market trends.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain high standards of visual presentation across the showroom.
• Train and guide sales associates on effective product display techniques.
• Work within budget constraints to maximize impact.
• Research and source unique props, fixtures, and décor items to enhance the showroom’s aesthetic.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail home décor setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative visual merchandising concepts.
• Excellent knowledge of retail home décor products, trends, and market dynamics.
• Strong visual and spatial awareness with an eye for detail and design.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams, including Sales and Marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing trends and brand requirements.
