Waiter – Guest Service

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter to join our restaurant team at Radisson Hotel Group. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service to guests and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Take and process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and with a professional attitude.
• Maintain a positive dining environment and address guest inquiries or complaints.
• Work quickly and multitask in a fast‑paced restaurant setting.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and management teams.
• Uphold health and safety standards at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a waiter in a hotel or similar hospitality setting.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Good knowledge of the menu to assist guests.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
