Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous and professional service to all guests at all times.
• Maintain clear communication with management and kitchen staff.
• Know the full menu and be able to answer guest queries.
• Prepare, set, clear, and reset tables before and after service.
• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests following company standards.
• Keep the dining area, tables, chairs, floors, and service stations clean and orderly.
• Complete all cleaning duties within allocated times and meet company standards.
• Execute opening and closing procedures accurately.
• Maintain effective table maintenance and be attentive throughout service.

Required profile

• Strong focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or food‑and‑beverage environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts based on business demand.
• Ability to follow established procedures and standards.
