About the role

We are seeking dynamic, self‑motivated Food & Beverage professionals to join our team at City Centre Rotana Doha. As a Waiter/Waitress you will deliver professional, personalized service that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and serve guests in a courteous and discreet manner.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the menu to advise and upsell effectively.
• Prepare the service area (mise‑en‑place) and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, handle guest queries and complaints promptly.
• Minimise waste, breakage, and spoilage while maintaining service equipment.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high‑volume restaurant.
• Strong command of English and excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
• Competencies: adaptability, customer focus, teamwork, responsibility, and respect for diversity.
