Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and take orders accurately.
• Provide detailed information about menu items and answer guest inquiries.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to hotel F&B standards.
• Handle multiple front‑of‑house tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a hotel or restaurant service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the primary workplace language.
• Professional appearance that meets hotel grooming standards.
• Ability to work well in a team and deliver courteous service.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
