Warehouse Supervisor – Food Manufacturing

About the role

Elite Food, a leading food manufacturing company in Qatar, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient handling of raw materials, packaging, and finished products.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory, picking, and dispatch.
• Organize workflow to maintain smooth flow of raw materials and finished goods.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics teams.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and compliance with food safety and warehouse safety standards.
• Allocate tasks, monitor staff performance, and prepare operational reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Experience handling raw materials, packaging materials, and finished food products.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems.
