About the role
We are seeking experienced FM/Plant Operators to join a large‑scale Facilities Management project in Qatar, ensuring safe and efficient operation of water treatment and building systems across multiple facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor MEP and building services equipment.
- Perform equipment inspections and identify operational abnormalities.
- Support preventive maintenance and safe operating procedures.
Required profile
- Technical qualification in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical or Electromechanical disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant operational experience.
- GCC/Qatar experience is an advantage.
- Fluent in Arabic and English; willingness to work shifts.
Required skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, pumps and motors.
- Experience with BMS/control systems.
- Ability to perform equipment inspections.
- Understanding of preventive maintenance and safety procedures.
