Welcomer – Front Office Agent

About the role

The Welcomer (Front Office Agent) is the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm welcome and ensuring smooth arrivals and departures. Working in a dynamic hotel environment, you will contribute to memorable guest experiences while upholding Pullman’s service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check‑in and check‑out procedures to create a positive first impression.
• Anticipate guest needs, process transactions efficiently and uphold Pullman’s high service standards.
• Monitor room status, collect guest feedback and take appropriate actions to ensure satisfaction throughout the stay.
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Strong orientation toward guest service and a sales‑driven mindset.
• Previous hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera or similar property management systems.
