Wine Program Specialist – Product Development & Design

About the role

As a Wine Program Specialist within Qatar Airways' Product Development and Design division, you will lead the end‑to‑end execution of the onboard wine and spirits programme across all cabins and regions. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and industry experts to ensure premium beverage offerings that enhance the passenger experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, forecast, and execute ordering of wines, spirits, and liqueurs for all cabins.
• Coordinate logistics to guarantee timely availability of beverages worldwide.
• Manage inventory accuracy and implement bin‑end depletion strategies.
• Lead wine and spirit rotations in line with the Wine Programme Strategy.
• Maintain accurate product information on printed menus and digital platforms.
• Gather, validate, and maintain content for menu cards and digital displays.
• Support supplier database management, sampling, technical evaluation, and onboarding.
• Prepare reports, monitor performance, risks, and operational insights for stakeholders.

Required profile

• High School or Vocational qualification.
• Experience in beverage procurement, logistics, or catering services preferred.
