Aircraft Mechanic – Heavy Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking an Aircraft Mechanic specialised in Heavy Maintenance to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The role involves delivering comprehensive aircraft maintenance services to meet operational and production demands while complying with QCAA/EASA regulations and company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform aircraft maintenance tasks following approved manuals, engineering orders, technical publications and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct inspections and operational tests of aircraft systems, components and structures under engineer supervision.
• Adjust, align, calibrate and functionally test aircraft systems using approved tooling and measuring devices.
• Inspect engines, airframe structures and components for defects such as cracks, leaks, wear and damage.
• Disassemble, inspect, repair, replace and re‑assemble mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing and structural elements.
• Carry out general servicing tasks including lubrication, cleaning and brake inspections.
• Repair, modify and rebuild aircraft structures and components in line with approved drawings.
• Perform engine and system removals and installations using hoists, forklifts or other lifting equipment.
• Modify aircraft systems or structures according to engineering instructions and modification documents.
• Troubleshoot technical defects and implement effective solutions within authorized scope.
• Accurately complete maintenance documentation and records to meet company and regulatory standards.
