Application Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Application Engineer to join a leading industrial manufacturing company in Qatar. The role focuses on supporting air handling unit (AHU) selection and delivering technical recommendations that align with project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support AHU selection and provide technical recommendations based on project requirements.
• Review specifications, drawings, and technical documents to ensure suitable equipment solutions.
• Prepare technical submittals, quotations, and compliance documents.
• Provide technical support to sales teams, customers, consultants, and contractors.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely project support.
• Assist with technical queries and customer requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC application engineering, preferably with AHUs.
• Good understanding of HVAC design principles and air distribution systems.
• Experience working with HVAC consultants, contractors, and MEP projects.
• Strong communication and customer‑facing skills.
• Availability for face‑to‑face interviews in Qatar.
