Assistant Outlet Manager

About the role

As an Assistant Outlet Manager you will support the Food & Beverage operation of a resort, ensuring guest satisfaction, high‑quality service and smooth daily operations. You will work closely with the Outlet Manager and the wider team to maintain a safe, sanitary environment and uphold brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the outlet.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment in line with health regulations.
• Ensure only the highest quality products are served.
• Develop and sustain a strong team environment through training and empowerment.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service according to brand and F&B standards.
• Handle daily team‑member relations and encourage problem‑solving.

Required profile

• College diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
• Passion for leadership and teamwork.
• Strong attention to detail to achieve operational excellence.
• Excellent guest service skills.
