Assistant Sales Manager – Hospitality

About the role

The Assistant Sales Manager supports the sales team in driving revenue for Radisson Hotel Group. You will work closely with the Director of Sales to attract corporate, leisure and travel‑trade business, ensuring the hotel meets its occupancy and profit targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted sales and profit margins by executing sales activities within the assigned market segment.
• Assist in setting annual sales goals and preparing monthly booking reports.
• Develop proposals and programs that maximize profit while meeting guest needs.
• Conduct outside sales calls, on‑site client inspections, and weekly entertainment briefings.
• Coordinate booked business with internal departments and ensure accurate reservation tracking.
• Maintain effective communication with Front Office, Accounts Payable and other teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in a 5‑star or luxury property.
• Proven track record in corporate, leisure, local accounts and travel‑trade sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators and key accounts.
