Assistant Spa Manager

About the role

The Assistant Spa & Wellness Manager supports the Spa & Wellness Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences at Banana Island Resort Doha. This role ensures that all spa and wellness services meet luxury hospitality standards while assisting with day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operation and administration of the spa and wellness facilities.
• Supervise therapists, receptionists, fitness and wellness team members.
• Monitor appointments, treatment rooms, guest flow, cleanliness and overall service delivery.
• Handle guest feedback, requests and complaints professionally.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and development of spa staff.
• Conduct team briefings and communicate operational updates.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching.
• Ensure compliance with hotel, health, hygiene, safety and brand standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in spa or wellness operations.
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards.
• Excellent guest‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
