About the role
Join Nestlé, the world’s largest Food & Beverage company, as an Associate Manager – Sales in Doha. You will be responsible for driving sales of standard and machine‑based beverages in workplace environments, accelerating consumption of hot and cold drinks, and ensuring consistent availability of Nestlé beverages.
Key responsibilities
- Drive beverage portfolio growth and increase market share in priority channels such as facility management, offices, catering, hotels and key accounts.
- Execute annual commercial plans aligned with Nestlé’s growth strategy.
- Identify new business opportunities and white‑space areas within the market.
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and volume targets.
- Develop and maintain influential relationships with strategic customers, ensuring key‑account development and retention.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, contracts and promotions.
- Create joint business plans with key accounts to drive mutual growth.
- Provide ROI‑based proposals to maximise customer value.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer insights.
- Support launches of new innovations and solutions, and identify premiumisation and upselling opportunities.
- Track KPIs including volume, revenue, distribution and machine productivity.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and execute trade‑asset placement plans flawlessly.
Required profile
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant sales experience in Qatar, preferably in the out‑of‑home environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering on top‑line KPIs.
- Experience managing multi‑category and cross‑functional teams in a high‑performance setting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
- Valid driving licence.
