AutoCAD Draftsman – Architectural & Interior Fit-Out

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled AutoCAD Draftsman with strong experience in architectural and interior fit‑out shop drawings. The successful candidate will produce high‑quality execution, construction and fabrication drawings quickly and accurately for luxury villas, high‑end residential, retail and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural and interior fit‑out shop drawings.
• Develop construction and fabrication drawings for execution.
• Coordinate drawings with designers, consultants, MEP, structural and site teams.
• Revise drawings based on project requirements, site conditions and as‑built updates.
• Identify design conflicts and propose practical solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in architectural and interior fit‑out projects.
• Proven ability to produce detailed execution, construction and fabrication drawings.
• Experience with luxury villas, high‑end residential, retail or commercial projects.
• Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials and site execution requirements.
• Highly productive with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced AutoCAD proficiency.
• Knowledge of Revit or SketchUp (advantage).
• Detailing of joinery, gypsum, metal, glass and custom‑made furniture.
• Ability to coordinate with MEP, structural and architectural disciplines.
