Barista & Cashier – Bubble Tea Specialist

About the role

Join Tabi Boba, a subsidiary of Bin Yousef, as a Barista/Cashier in Doha. You will be the friendly face of our shop, preparing signature bubble tea drinks, handling transactions, and ensuring every customer enjoys a welcoming experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve bubble tea and other beverages according to customer preferences.
• Operate the POS system, process payments, and manage cash handling.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked workspace and dining area, updating displays as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shop operations.
• Follow sanitation regulations and food‑beverage quality standards.
• Assist with inventory monitoring, ordering, and basic administrative tasks.
• Adapt store procedures and support any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Previous experience as a barista or cashier, preferably with bubble tea.
• Good command of English.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Basic math ability and strong customer‑service orientation.
